Allison is 9 months old!!

I can't believe 9 months have gone by already!  It goes so quickly!  Hopefully we will have Alli's 9 month pics in a few weeks.  We still need to schedule it with the photographer.  Alli also has her 9 month check up on Friday.  Here are a few more random things about Alli...

-She loves the theme song to NCIS.  She will stop what she is doing and start dancing to it.

-When daddy asks her "What does mommy say" she now responds, "blah, blah, blah". Really funny daddy!

-Her favorite treat is yogurt melts.

-She is now crawling..... and doesn't stop!

-She just got her first cold on Sunday.  It has been a long week so far.

-She loves to smile.

-She always studies strangers and gives them a look that tells them she is not so sure about them.

-Noisy toys are her favorite. 

-She can throw tantrums that fit her red hair.

-We all love her lots!

We want to wish our good friend Jim a Happy Birthday! We love ya! We can't wait until your next visit! Oh... Happy Tax Day also!!

Easter 2009

Easter was another busy day for us.  Mike worked a grave shift so we waited until he got home to see what the Easter Bunny brought.  The girls got cute new dresses and a ton of candy.  Paige found most of the eggs and Alli helped a little too.

Then we met my family and had brunch at the Gathering Place at Gardner Village.

Then we went to my grandma and grandpa's house.  My mom and dad had huge Easter baskets for the kids.

Then it was off to Mike's dads house for dinner and more Easter baskets.

MS Walk, Squatters, and Coloring Eggs

Saturday was a busy day for us.  We started with the MS Walk at Gateway.  My friend Amie was diagnosed a couple of years ago.  She has really got involved with the MS Society.  I am so proud of her!  Our team was awarded for being the largest team with 80 members.  80 members for a second year team is pretty amazing! It was a fun event.  The weather held out for our 3 mile walk and Alli slept the entire time.

Then we headed over to Squatters for the celebration lunch.  It was fun, thanks to everyone who came!

When we got home we colored Easter Eggs!  We were tired by the end of the day, but it was a lot of fun!

Easter Egg Hunt 2009

Today we had our annual Easter Egg Hunt at my mom and dad's house.  It was a lot of fun!  We have been doing it for probably about 5 years.  Before that we would go to the local Egg Hunts and I can say that we will NEVER do that again!!  The city ones are pretty sad.  You have to watch the parents of other kids who will steal eggs from kids.

We had a good turn out and the kids still had a ton of eggs! Paige decided she needed to use the biggest basket she could find.
